Our Values
-
Expertise
Our team has many years of professional experience in different regions of Nepal. They can take you on classic trails or off the beaten track, in the hills or the high Himalayan valleys. Magar Adventure is a member of TAAN - Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal.
-
Authenticity
A trek is first and foremost an experience, a human adventure, but also a chance to meet the people and their culture. We promote genuine encounters with local people that add value and create meaning.
-
Creativity
Our aim is to create tailor-made treks that correspond to your wishes and expectations, based on your experiences and physical abilities and, of course, taking into account your budget. We build with you the trek that suits you.
-
Sustainability
We are committed to offering sustainable treks and work with partners committed to eco-responsibility, preserving the people’s environment and the Himalayan ecosystems that we cross with you. We contribute to keep the valleys clean and promote good waste management.
-
Flexibility
We are committed to providing the best possible service and to keeping to the agreed timetable. If this is not possible (for example, due to weather conditions or transport constraints), we will endeavor to find an alternative and a satisfactory compromise for your stay in the Himalayas.
-
Transparency
We strive to offer quality adventures at prices that are fair for everyone: each trek proposal is accompanied by a detailed and transparent budget that explains the elements that make up the price of our treks (accommodation and food, transport, salaries, administrative costs).
LGBTQ+ friendly
LGBTQ+ friendly: Nepal is a very safe and friendly country for the LGBTQ+ travellers. Close to the local LGBTQ+ communities, our team is particularly respectful of minorities and will be able to point out places and events where LGBTQ+ trekkers are welcome.
